Therapeutic interventions incorporated in each therapy track are tailored to individual patient needs/abilities, and include a wide range of therapeutic activities. Modalities include animal-facilitated therapy and fine arts.

Our full spectrum of horticulture therapy services uses a combination of stand-up gardens and various flowering plants, herb gardens and vegetable gardens. Patients develop fine motor skills, stamina, hand-eye coordination and a sense of independence and control.

Creativity at work! Numerous residents are kept busy sanding, staining, painting and building birdhouses, feeders, and picture frames. They are also refinishing furniture and wood doors. The Winning Wheels Woodshop offers residents the opportunity to work and be creative.
